I realized I haven't fully shared the personal highlights that shaped my last year, so today's note is a bit more personal than the last
As I look back on 2025, I am honestly left a bit speechless. It was a year of big risks and even bigger rewards, both personally and professionally.
I'm humbled to share that I finished the year with nearly $18 million in sales across 25 transactions. This performance earned me the #1 Solo Agent spot in the Keller Williams Mountains to Sound network. It's hard to wrap my head around being at the top of a 600-agent community, but it only fuels my fire to keep over-delivering for my community.
My goal is always to make my representation "priceless" through sheer value and hard work. Another intention of mine has always been to be a practitioner of my work. I don't believe in advising people to “invest in real estate” without backing that statement up myself. I am deeply passionate about homeownership because I believe it is the single best way to generate long term wealth and financial freedom. To me, a house isn't just a roof over your head; it's a long-term appreciating asset that secures your future. In May, Chad and I purchased our third home, turning our previous residence into another rental property. Our new place is a cute 1920s craftsman off McHugh Ave and we couldn't be happier!
On the home front, 2025 brought a massive and meaningful shift in Chad's career as well. After 8 years as a residential journeyman electrician, Chad made the brave decision to transition into law enforcement. He was hired by the King County Sheriff's Department, graduated from the academy in May 2025, and has spent the majority of the year in field training. He recently passed his final testing phase and is officially out on his own! I might be biased, but he is a great cop. Please keep him in your prayers as he works to keep our community safe. I am so incredibly proud of him.
And finally, I think the most exciting announcement from 2025 is that Chad and I are growing from a family of 2 to a family of 3. We will be welcoming our baby boy in April of 2026. A journey that we are beyond excited for and already know, will be our greatest accomplishment.
