As we close out 2024, I am excited to step into the new year with a fresh perspective and recharged motivation. Reflecting on the past year, it was my first year operating as a solo agent. It's been a period of significant growth and I'm incredibly grateful for the support of my clients and the opportunities I've encountered since joining Keller Williams.
In 2024 I had the privilege of assisting over 40 families, guiding them through their real estate goals, strategizing next steps and creating a roadmap for their future. I’m deeply thankful for my trusted clients, friends, and family, who have introduced me to their loved ones. My business is built on relationships and fostering new connections, and I'm truly grateful for the wonderful people I have had the honor of helping.
Behind the scenes, I’ve implemented enhanced systems and procedures and adapted to working as an independent agent. However, working solo comes with a certain set of challenges and I have realized that my strengths lie in collaboration and mentorship, and that I thrive in a team environment.
As we embark on 2025, I've made a significant decision to elevate my service to clients by forming a dedicated real estate team. Over the years, I've naturally gravitated towards leadership roles, mentoring and recruiting new agents, and building strong connections within the real estate community. I deeply enjoy these interactions and believe that a team structure will allow me to better serve my clients while also fostering a supportive and collaborative environment behind the scenes.

Meet Audrey Brown: With over a decade of customer service experience in industries as diverse as coffee, healthcare, and event coordination, I have cultivated a deep love for helping others and providing exceptional service. My journey into real estate was a natural extension of this passion—bringing together my love for people, community, and creating unforgettable experiences.
My career began in the world of coffee and healthcare, where I spent 13 years honing my skills in customer interaction, problem-solving, and delivering personalized care. As a nurse, I worked in a hospital setting, monitoring patients and ensuring their comfort during vulnerable times. This role not only taught me how to manage details with precision but also instilled in me a genuine desire to assist individuals in achieving peace of mind.
Later, I expanded my expertise into wedding coordinating, guiding couples through one of the most significant milestones of their lives. It was here that I discovered my talent for planning and meticulous attention to detail—skills that now serve my real estate clients as I navigate them through buying or selling a home.
In addition to my professional background, I am an artist who specializes in painting. My artistic eye enhances my ability to appreciate the unique features of a home, and my commitment to detail ensures every transaction is handled with care and precision.
Today, as a proud Keller Williams agent, I am dedicated to helping families and individuals find their dream homes or move on to their next adventure.
